Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering
The department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was established in the year 2011 with a sanctioned intake of 60 students. The Department has strong administration, infrastructure and dedicated team of Faculty. In addition to core electronic subjects, we also believes on providing the real-time application oriented knowledge, that will help students to secure a bright future in core electronics and many IT industries. The faculty members are having many research papers in national and international journals.
The department has a good academic culture and conducive working environment for teaching learning, research and development and extension services. The department offers excellent infrastructure and resources in the form of knowledgeable faculty, well equipped laboratories. Moreover, the department is involved in a number of technical and co-curricular activities encouraging students to broaden their horizons of thought, innovate and implement their ideas.
Electronics & Telecommunication engineering is a rapidly growing sector. This branch has tremendous applications such as Telephony, Telegraphy, Radio & TV broadcasting, Paging, Satellite & Mobile Communication, Video Conferencing, Internet, e-mail, e-commerce, Industrial Automation, Military etc. As such there is no limit to its applications and scope as well.
Department Vision
To provide technical knowledge with valuable resources to students, this will be helpful for them to provide service to society and Industry.
Department Mission
To carry out supportive, motivational and inspiring environment for faculty and students to achieve the departmental objectives.
