The STEMEI’S Sandipani Technical Campus – Faculty of Engineering, Latur established in the year 2011 now Accredited with NAAC ‘B’ Grade is committed to achieve the academic excellence by imparting the high quality technical education.   • Founder’s Message

    “Latur Pattern”  is the most resembled word in the field of education  throughout Maharashtra since last 15 years and had brought lot of fame and proud to educational institutes and faculty . As a true Laturkar I am also proud of this and at the same time I feel concerned about the fact that this has not gone beyond 12th std. To address this issue I along with a team of like minded people decided to set up an institute for higher education . Sandipani Technical Campus is an attempt to establish an engineering and technological institution with all the latest state of art facility and world class faculty in the same direction and this will help the  talented students from  our area across all levels of economic platforms. This dream could have never turn in to reality without active participation and support of Shree Bharat Agarwal and VI, Pune. Entire  project was conceived by the professional and experienced team  of VI, Pune.

    We with the help of VI Pune, have succeeded  in developing   a technically equipped engineering environment in Latur, named Sandipani Technical Campus. We are glad to have a strong faculty which is always ready to facilitate students in all their dilemmas. They constantly encourage students to face  new challenges and help them to overcome the same ,

    Few of the major things which we provide to  our students include an exposure to real industrial environment   with the help of regular industrial visits, guest lecturers from industries and VI, Pune. We aim to strengthen the knowledge base of students with  practical learning  at  well-equipped  Lab for all disciplines .

    I am glad to announce that STMEI’S Sandipani Technical Campus – Faculty Of Engineering is the first engineering college in Latur district to successfully place its engineers in the industries across the country. To further increase the campus placements  , our faculties are taking mock interviews and group discussions during placements period ,we are also   running  a special program for pre-final year students for improving   on their aptitude and communication skills. I am confident that with the help of commitment of faculty and will of its students Sandipani Technical Campus will raise its bars by giving better placements to its students in the coming years.  It  is expected with the Make In India Programme the demand for engineers will increase by two folds in next five years and  it is my humble appeal to you all to understand the importance of technical education.

    It is the great opportunity for me to share my views and experiences with all young technical green horns from this rural area. Everyone knows about the need of practical knowledge irrespective of any field. It speaks a lot in achieving success rather than grade on the paper, So our motto is to stamp this on the fresh minds of  techno crazy students . I believe on the future is bright for each and everybody. If someone ready to polish his/her skills to cope up with the requirement of situation by putting a faith on ‘SMART WORK’ reduces enormous pressure of an individual and builds confidence within his/her mind.

    “How to dissect the things” is puzzling question but dissecting them in terms of the modules solve the fifty percent problem and again recollecting them with proper sequence to solve the questions easily. Proper thinking, planning & execution are the main key players of the future.

     I know hurricane efforts are to be taken to boost  the careers  of students to achieve tremendous success and also expecting nice co-operation from all of you to bridge the gap between success and failure.

    Technical Alliance with VI, Pune:

    To promote quality technical education in Latur city, STMEI’S Sandipani Technical Campus – Faculty Of Engineering has started a joint academic venture with one of the premier technical education leaders Vishwakarma Institute of technology (VIT), Pune. Our collaboration with Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), for the establishment of STMEI’S Sandipani Technical Campus – Faculty Of Engineering reflects the non compromising approach of our organization towards quality engineering education and infrastructure building.

    Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (Marathi : विश्वकर्मा अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालय, पुणे ) is an Autonomous Institute of engineering in Pune, India. It is a highly commendable private institute occupies a place of pride amongst the premier technical institutes of the western region of India. Established in 1983, it is affiliated to the University of Pune. The school is academically and financially autonomous.

    The college has attained academic autonomy from the academic year 2008-09. It is the first private college in Maharashtra to do so. Academic autonomy has helped the college to introduce cross-departmental and industry oriented subjects in the curriculum.

    Within two decades, the institutes marched towards the pinnacle of glory through it remarkable achievements and laurels in the field of engineering education of a high caliber. The college is the only college in Pune to provide Honors and Minors course in addition to normal undergraduate course.
